SUNWAY CITY UNDERTAKES MAIDEN DEVELOPMENT IN INDIA
Sunway City India Private Limited (SCIPL) and Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited (Prajay) of India have signed an agreement to jointly undertake a RM300 million high rise residential development in Hyderabad, India. The five-acre site is located in the vicinity of Hi Tech City, Hyderabad’s growing IT and ITES (IT enabled services) hub and 16km from Hyderabad City Centre.

SUNWAY CITY MOVES INTO TOP TIER
Leading property developer, Sunway City Berhad, has moved up into the top four of The Edge’s ” Top Property Developers Award 2005.” The rankings, which reflect consumer’s perspective, are based on a research conducted among 102 property developers listed on the Main and Second Boards of Bursa Malaysia. SunCity moved three places up and ranked fourth this year from number seven in 2004.
