Who is eligible to be a Member of the PALS programme ? |

All Sunway City property purchasers are entitled to Membership of the PALS programme, and the membership is absolutely free.

|
Sunway City PALS member is defined as: |

| a. |
|
Purchasers who bought property directly from Sunway City, either under own name or joint names or company name; |

|
| |
|
|
| b. |
|
Purchasers who bought Sunway City's property through sub-sale before the transfer of legal ownership of the property to the beneficial owner. |

|
|
|
| |
C. |
|
Sunway City PALS members can also extend their privileges to their immediate family members (legal spouses and children). |

|
|
| |
D. |
|
Sunway City PALS members who bought properties under company name are entitled to extend their privileges to maximum of two SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) signatories. |

| 2. |
What are the benefits of becoming a member of Sunway City PALS programme ? |
| |
|
|
|
| |
A. |
|
Members will be rewarded up to a maximum of 3% rebate per unit, on their next property purchases of Sunway City's participating development projects, subject to three (3) units per member per project. The percentage of PALS Rebate differs by projects and is subject to change. PALS Rebate is based on the nett discounted price after the bumiputera discount and any other promotional discounts, whichever is applicable. |

| 3. |
When will members receive their Sunway City PALS rebates ? |

A. |
|
Members will be entitled to PALS Rebates in the form of a Credit Note to offset against the 2 nd or future progressive payment of the purchase. |

|
All PALS Rebates are not transferable to cash. |

Sunway City PALS programme is applicable throughout Klang Valley, Penang and Ipoh. |

What do members need to bring along when making their next property purchases ? |
| |

| |
A. |
|
Identification card. |
| |
|
|
|
| |
B. |
|
If the property is purchased in the names of your immediate family members, please present your marriage certificate or children birth certification, whichever is applicable. |

C. |
|
If it is purchased under company name, please present Form 24 & 49, and Company/Director's resolution authorising the purchase of the property. |
